I am wondering who is the singer of this songs , thanks to New Sabah Times for the info. After read the newspaper, i visit d-bos fm blog because he usually will scan and upload the latest news in his blog.

According to Kristo, Tulang besi Urat dawai (iorn bone wire muscle) is a song about a man who is working hard for his life. It was a rock song and I maybe it was the first kadazandusun “heavy” songs. Kristo also mention that he will release his first album next year which had been recorded in few studio around kota kinabalu.

Felix Agus is the first runner up of Akademi Fantasia session 3 and now work with KK FM , University Malaysia Sabah radio station. Felix and Lydia started knowing each other’s since 2006 and it was love at first sight. Yesterday 17/9/2011 they were married, consolidated in a church before the reception ceremony in Penampang Cultural Centre.  There is another reception this Saturday's (24/9/2011) in Felix's residence at Kota Belud.

Sabahan Hakka Singer, Tian Long at World Hakka Pop Music Awards 2011, held in Meizhou ,China

Did you remember video below, I had make a post about it long time ago in my blog. I not understand this song but I was enjoying while listening to it.
Did you know the guy sang this song have few songs? I just discover it and I was very excited writing this post. This guy knew as Tian Long aka The Hakka Singer. Tian Long already giving up in music after ended up with nothing and struggling in KL more than 10 years. He get stuck, cannot doing anything because of his contract and the manager didn’t want to release him.

Back to sabah and start his own graphic company and don’t want to make music again. Who know back to his hometown is a blessing for him, making music just for fun turning him into a superstar. Tian wrote a Hakka song and upload into youtube and next morning surprisingly thousand viewer had watch his video.

Tian Long are invited to attend the World Hakka Pop Music Awards 2011, held in Meizhou ,China on this coming August 20. Over 2000 sings were submitted for these competitions from all over the world. Among all the song, two (2) of Tian’s songs have made into final top 20 “Don’t go to England” and “Da Pao Wang”.

Postal votes: 10%
Professional judges’ votes: 20%
Weekly radio broadcasting results: 30%

Part of the voting was done on China’s radio station, and Tian’s songs held the top spots for 12 out of 24 weeks.

My first time listen this songs Macam D KK during Hary Nianti launching album. Thanks for all who support this album launching. I myself also join the launching ceremony and having a great time with my friends while enjoy the moment of sharing happiness with Hary Nianti.

Janrywine J. Lusin make a special appearance performing his new single Macam D KK. This songs not officially release yet but do listen to his live performance. Many good responses on his Facebook personal account compliment his creativity on the song, it simple but yet entertaining. Janrywine previously have few single and being voted in Carta Artis Tempatan Sabah. Being simple in a stage is the key of his performance to attract listeners enjoy and sing along with his new single, Macam d KK. By watching this video , it remind me Bruno Mars , that always come with easy listening song but interesting and bring big impact. Yes .. now we have Burno Mars made in Sabah, Janrywine. :)

Album Launching : Hary Nianti – Kada Pologoso

Hary Nianti will launch his first ever album on this coming Saturday July 30 at Damai Club Jalan Bundusan , Penampang Sabah. This event will start 7 pm until 10 pm. You are invited to attend this album launching. There are many interesting activity on that day and enjoy the promotion price for the DVD ,Audio CD and Drinks.

Hary Nianti from Sandakan and now work with Jabatan Kebudayaan dan Kesenian Negara in Kuala Lumpur. Hary was one of the Kadus Entertaiment Next Top Entertainer successors and proof to us that sabahan have unstoppable awesome talent especially in entertainment. One of Jason JB comment in his facebook page really great that Hary Nianti Music Video already went over outside Malaysia such as Indonesia , Philippines and Japan . They are interested and ask for the subtitle. Going back into production line maybe impossible but I hope someone will translate the songs and publish it on the internet so others can understand the songs while enjoy the beauty of the melody.

IF you already familiar with Atama as the KadazanDusun Rapper in Sabah but now I want to introduce you another Rapper who claim himself as 1st Bajau Rapper in Sabah. I was my lucky day after get a chance to meet As Bow and get a chance to ask him few questions. The first question is how long are you in this R&B genre and did you have any single or album? It was a command question but it was a great point to start an interview.

As Bow already ten years in this R&B genre and work with Atama before and sign as recording artists under Kinabalu Records. Why I didn’t know or realize your existence in sabahan local music industry? As Bow explain , “I was busy and give full commitment to his job and it was not easy because he work in Johor but now I already transfer to my beloved state Sabah.”

As bow now will give his best and give another color to sabah music industry by providing different music genre but still include sabahan conventional music identity. Since As Bow contract with Kinabalu records already expired, no he have to work by himself and for the first attempt , As Bow release new single “Meditasi” which use Malay and Bajau language.

Yes .. that is the word.. I am really tired for this few days .. really tired .. because I had working 25 hours a day last month. Even I said I was tired but at the same time this is the best ever task I had done so far, working with many sabahan local artists and get awesome support from TVi crew will remain as one of my sweet memory. Oh ya.. for those who didn’t know who is TVi, i will give short introductions.. it was a new channel in ASTRO channel 180 provide local content which you will never get in another television channel.

Me and the crew already finish for the first edition of video shooting and will broadcast in TVi soon channel 180 soon. Week 7 - Nera AF9 Eliminated

It comes to the end of her journey in Akademi Fantasia 9 after Aznil announce NERA’s name. It was already expected after the Aznil show the ranking at the end of the concert just after all the students giving their best performance.


Nera is the first student perform tonight with a song from Indonesian artist , Hetty Koes Endang - Tak Ingin Sendiri. Nera was perform well and get compliment from the judgers, Hattan Ogey and AC Mizal. For me “Balada” is the best genre for her… :)

I was wondering who will get the immunity for this week but unfortunately it wasn’t announced. The result was put in a transparent box. Maybe AF tries to be different from One In A Million, which is also giving immunity. AF fan will contribute 50% from the total marks to choose who will honor with this immunity.
Nera said, she already proof that she can go far in this music industry not only in Akademi Fantasia. I wish her a best of luck. For your information, Nera is one of the semifinal contestant for KE Next Top Entertainer before make a decision to walk away from this competitions just for Akademi Fantasia. Wellcome home Nera and lest celebrate harvest festival.

This songs was shortlisted in HITZ.FM Borneo English Top 10 since last week and become no#2 on this chart this week. For thise who did know Esther Applunius , she is final contestant for One In a Million (OIAM) reality show. Just after OIAM, Esther launch her new album which contain Malay,English,Chinese and KadazanDusun language. The best part is Esther wrote and compose Miss You very Strong by her own. Video clip was directed by Jason J. Billah.

Salma Mentor 5 , already have child.

This news becomes hot and most of Mentor 5 fan want to know the truth. Since Salma start her journey in Mentor 5, I already heard the rumors that she already have child. It started after second concert after the reporter ask her the questions and she refuse to answer the questions. Whai we know so far is , she get married on 17 years old and have one child but divorce a year after that. Salma promises to give explanations after Mentor 5 finish. What ever the situations is, entertainment is not easy business and I hope Salam will success. Do not forget to watch Mentor 5 this Sunday because this concert will define who will go to next round. Based on the previous result, Salma will go to next round easily.

Last night is my first time watching Mentor 5 live on Tv3 because usually i am not around during this concert broadcast live. You Tube is one of the best website that provide me the recorded video for this reality show.


Last night salma once again show her talent by trying something new , medly of dangdut songs penasaran and kopi dangdut. This first performance show her talent and not in the power of her voice only but she also can dance dangdut, which one of the most sexy dance. As we already know Salma have a big range and high pitch voice.



It become more interesting with her second songs Jeritan batin ku originaly from Jacklin victor. Salma once again show her power of voice together with Azlan & The Typewriter. Ther performance really impress judgers and audience. Guess judgers give highest marks 19 out of 20. Salma still on the top of group B since the first concert. Hope Salma will give a consistence performance in every concert and i can say we already have the winner of this Mentor 5.

Maybe some of you already start asking what Ebi AF5 update? Actually Ebi AF5 now staying in Sabah and work as Deejay at Sabah FM. Ebi AF5 also now busy for his new songs and expected to release new album end of this year.

I love the music arrangement by Renzaassirat and Ebi voice also is nice when singing slow rock songs. can't wait for his new album including this two songs.

Did this band name sound new to you? Actually they already exist since 2003 and already achieve many great successful. I still remember 3rd Dice is one of the independent band who had perform in Digi Indie Band Concert on 2009 and featured in ROTTOW magazine.

I love their song “New Hope” nice melody with great music arrangement , I can categorized this song in slow rock.

Nadia Ali or more known as Nadia are popular with her song “Salam Untuk Kekasih” in 1996. Nadia had been in a silent few years and now she come back with new songs. Actually I just know early 1999 that Nadia is sabahan and I was really surprise and impress. Now Nadia already rise from her long rest and now with new songs Buat Mu Kekasih. These songs was recorded at art putera studio. These songs almost same to her hits songs “salam untuk kekasih”. You can view video below and enjoy the songs , but the quality of the voice is not really good. Do not forget to give your review by giving a comment at the end of this posts.

Aizat and The Band commint to Semporna and Pulau Sipadan Sabah

Have you ever watch XPRESI KEMBARA? If I didn’t mention the channel you should know it. For those who didn’t ever have a try watch Radio Television Malaysia (RTM), you should tune into channel 101 (for astro user) or TV1 every Saturday on 11.30 am.

XPRESI KEMBARA was started middle year of 2009 and it continues after successful attract viewer in 2010. With the effort of RTM to provide new tv program with more excitement and new concept. XPRESI KEMBARA will invite the independent artists as their special guess such as 6ixth Sense, Yuna, Bunkface, Azlan & The Typewriter, Couple, Black, Grey Sky Morning, Ana Raffali and many more.

Usually XPRESI KEMBARA will go places in peninsular Malaysia but Aizat and The Band is very lucky because they had fly crossing the sea coming down to Land Below the Wind, Sabah. Destinations of this XPRESI KEMBARA are Semporna, Pulau Sipadan dan Mabul and Taman Laut Tun Sakaran.

Some of their activity around semporna are going to Pasar Kering Semporna and Bukit Tengkorak. For those who haven’t an experience to collect fist from the net, this might your time to know it because Aizat and The Band tried this activity. Beside that Aizat and The Band going to Pasar Kering to experiences the lifestyle in semporna. They had entertain Pasar Kering Visitors by performing few song or in a simple word, basking. Exercise of fitness are really needed when you want to climb Bukit Tengkorak . Again watch RTM 1 this Saturday on 11.30 , how Aizat and The Band climb Bukit Tangkorak to enjoy the nice view on the top.

Did you still remember, the Malaysian film Duyong? Shooting was done in sabah right? Again XPRESI KEMBARA bring Aizat and The Band visit Holiday Resort . Few activitys was done around Pulau Sipadan and Mabul such Turtle Hatch and Snorkeling.

Aizat and The Band alsogiven the chances to experiences the lifestyle of Bajau Laut, which are difficult and struggling for their life. I also hope this episode will open the eyes of our government to thing something for improving the Bajau Laut lifestyle.
