Protest To Festival Filem Malaysia 20 (FFM20)

As usual I will spent some time to watch Melodi start on 12.30 PM. This show will be on air for one hour. This is one of my medium to know about what going on in malaysian music and entertainment industry. Today Melodi had talking about the FFM20. I had post in this blog about Festival Filem Malaysia 20 (FFM20) . It was normal in Malaysian industry, when one film or song win awards there must be a protest. It again happened in FFM20 when some of them said that CINTA not a best film and should not receive the award. The best university in Malaysia, Universiti Malaya (UM) had arranged the conference to discuss about the FFM20 result. What ever they done the result is still same, CINTA is the best film in FFM20. My point here is no need to busy talking about the past but if everyone cares about this, why not come together and discuss how the procedures and the criteria that must be fulfill in order to be award as a BEST FILM. Maybe the procedure that we are using now is not suitable and need some changers. Remember judgers are the one who have the power to select the BEST FILM. :)

LINDA ONN wear kebaya dress specifically for AMERICA'S 2007 ACADEMY AWARD

I still remember, i had watch Melodi talking about LINDA ONN dress for AMERICA'S 2007 ACADEMY AWARD and become most controversial in MALAYSIA. She didn't wear it and failed to appear on the red carpet for the simple reason that the dress she's supposed to be wearing was deemed unpatriotic. At the end she wear that dress in ANUGERAH ERA 2007. My point now is why she refuse to dress up it for AMERICA'S 2007 ACADEMY AWARD? I believe she will be more well known after shown in the red carpet AMERICA'S 2007 ACADEMY AWARD. She said she didn't like that cloth, so why she use it in ANUGERAH ERA 2007? em.. whatever.. she the only one know the reason.

Congratulation,Tashya @ Hamiza Basir, 20, is the winner of Malaysia's very own reality TV show, Mystarz LG and Badri Ibrahim as the runner-up. Tashya deserves to win after singing a powerful yet spirited cover of Mentera Semerah Padi and chose Resmorue as her partner for the second songs.Badri as the runner-up chose Dato' M. Daud Kilau, Malaysian flamboyant 'dangdut' singer to sing a song originally by Dato' M. Daud Kilau, Gila Judi. Other contestant is Rachel and Rubisah also have give their very best for the MyStarz LG final concert. Both of them come from Sabah and going to the final with wildcard.

Anugerah Era 2007 Result

Hotlink and Era.FM presented Anugerah Era 2007 in Arena of Stars, Genting Highlands on 8 September 2007, 8 PM. Beside given awards, Anugerah Era had entertain the audience with a great performance from a popular singers such as Dayang Nurfaizah, Hattan, Anuar Zain, Misha Omar, Ella, Jinbara, Vince Chong and Idayu Yaakob. The host of this awards also made the event more fun and happening. Host of this awards are Kieran, AC Mizal, Yasmin Hani, Jimmy Shanley, Nana Che Mahazan and Aznil Nawawi.The two-and-a-half-hour show was carried live over Astro’s Ria channel with simultaneous broadcasts over Era FM (103.3FM).

Anugerah Era was started from 2001 and now are getting more hot and one of the important event in Malaysian music industry. Every winner in each category is chosen by the public vote 100%. Everybody was looking for Mawi (Malaysian SMS King), he had been short listed in four category compare seven last year. Mawi still have an "aura" after win three of four category Favourite Vocal Performance,Favourite Nasyid Song and Favourite Music Video.

New comer, Mila Jirin or Nor Syarmilla Jirin is the big winner of Anugerah Era 2007. She is the Akademi Fantasia 5 winner got the Favourite Promising Artiste and Favourite Pop Song.

Every reality show in Malaysia had shown the result after some of their candidate had been short listed or won. Beside Mila, here is the other candidates from Akademi Fantasia: Farhan,Velvet, Diddy, Faizal, Yazer and Mawi. Faizal tahir from One In A Million reality show also won the category Favourite Rock Song. Jaclyn Victor from Malaysian Idol also won the category Favourite Local English Artiste with Point Blanc. I believe in the future more and more of the reality show candidate will won or short listed in Anugerah Era.

Our senior artist also still have an interesting performance and as a result Datuk Siti Nurhaliza continued to dominate in the women’s category by winning Favourite Female Vocalist. M Nasir also had won the Favourite Male Vocalist category. Jamal Abdillah won the Favourite Vocal Performance with Mawi for their duet Terharu and Misha Omar win the Favourite Global Song.

Erra, radio station boss getting engaged

I believe all malaysian is looking for their story. Who didn't know Erra Fazira, she is one of the top celebrity in Malaysia. She had married Yusry Abdul Halim of the pop group KRU in 2003. Now Erra had engaged with Engku Emran Engku Zainal Abidin (Suria FM chief operating officer). Erra Fazira is 33 years olds and Engku Emran is 32 years olds,she is older 3 months. Erra Said "Although he is a year younger than me, he is a mature person. I believe he is able to guide me in life and make me a better person".

Jangan Tidur Lagi Bersama dengan A&A ( Do Not Sleep Now With A&A)

Hi, it been a long time for me rest make posting into this lovely blog because Merdeka holiday and busy doing my new project on TS 7200 ARM Single Board Computer. Ok.. i didn't want to talk about my project here.. :) After reach home, i open my laptop and run TV application. Em.. i'm really enjoy the show "Jangan Tidur Lagi (JTL)hosted by Azuan and Adlin" *sorry if the name spelling wrong.This show on air every Wednesday, 11 PM at TV3. JTL was successfully and now it is come to the new session. JTL will discuss a hot topic with fun and more friendly to the audiences. This is the only one show allow the audience to make coffee for the special guest in this show. JTL usually will invite three special guest to share their experience and their opinion.Before the show end, the special guest will asked what is night for you? Em.. i'm trying to answer this question too..."time to sleep and rest that all"...that my answer. So..... guys what yours???? :) If You never watch this show before, DO NOT MISS IT ON TV3 every Wednesday, 11 PM. Enjoy the show.. :)
