GangStarz session 2

GangStarz session 2 will come on TV soon!! If you had follow GangStarz session 1, I’m sure you will know what is GengStarz and how it works. GengStarz is one of the reality show in Malaysia and different from the other reality TV show. The differences are GengStarz was performing in a group. This is more challengers compare to singing or perform single because all the group members need to understand each other, know their voice limit and need to find a harmony in their songs or performance. Each member has to give their co-operation otherwise the group will be vote out. The special of this GengStarz is this program is open to other country such Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. This new session will be more challengers because another two country will join Thailand and Filipina. The winner will bring home RM340,000 (AS$100,000).
If last year, The Lima from Indonesia was announce as a winner, will this year Indonesian will bring home the RM340,000 (AS$100,000).? The answer is to difficult to guess because I believe more and more surprise will come. All we can do is voting for our favorites group. As a Malaysian, I do not think Malaysian will win but I really hope a miracle. I also hope we bring in the outside artist and it will help our local artist to work hard and push them to be more successful.
If you have friends who love singing and you feel he or she can be your group members, pick your phone and make a call or sms them to make a practice before going for the audition. Here is the schedule for GengStarz make an audition around Malaysia. Good Luck and do your best.

• 12 - 13 Januari 2008 - Hotel Promenade, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
• 19 - 20 Januari 2008 - Persada Johor, Johor Bahru
• 26 - 27 Januari 2008 - Hotel Merdeka Palace, Kuching, Sarawak
• 2 - 3 Februari 2008 - Tingkat 6, Berjaya Times Square, KL
• 9 - 10 Februari 2008 - Filipina
• 16 - 17 Februari 2008 - Thailand
• 23 -24 Februari 2008 - Singapura
• 1 - 2 Mac 2008 - Indonesia
• 5 Mac 2008 - Sri Pentas 2, Plaza Alam Sentral, Selangor
