Esther – one step to OIM final concert.

It was a long and very challenging journey for Esther, thousand going for the audition and now only two will be in the final battle. Between Esther , Tomok and Aweera who will be in top two, this Friday concert will tell us who are the OIM finale.One of the best thing in reality show, audience are the main judgers to choose who the winner is, the power is in audience hands.

Now Malaysian, it’s our job to vote for contestant who you really love. As sabahan then I 100% hope Esther will bring home One Million ringgit. To vote Esther, type YES ESTHER and send to 33399. Keep voting for her because she just a step to be in the final. Esther will bring Rihanna and song composr by Sharon Paul.

Hi all, sabahan now we have our local online radio streaming sabahan.fm hosted by sabahan.net. There are five application can support sabahan.fm such as winamp, flash, real player, windows media player and quicktime player.

Sabahan.fm is online 24 hours with four DJ and if there is no DJ on duty, sabahan.fm will use auto DJ. Sabahan.fm will give opportunity and priority for our local songs to play and promote their single or album. Sabahan.fm also will broadcast Othoe slot “Suria Pagi Kinabalu” every Monday to Friday from 6am until 10 am. This is one of the proof that sabahan.fm really support our local artist.

"PILIH KASIH" AUDITION -KOTA KINABALU (25-26/04/09 : One Borneo)

Pilih Kasih is a reality based TV programme that aims to unearth new talents in acting to liven up the Malaysian film industry. The organizer will set up a ‘Pilih Kasih’ acting academy to house 20 talented student contestants to be trained by experienced and professional coaches in acting. The 5 most talented contestants who fulfill the required criteria will stand the chance to be selected as the main characters in the fiction film to be produced by Suhan Movies entitled ’Kekasih’, directed by nationally reknowned director, Bade Hj Azmi, soon after the completion of the reality TV programme.

Through this programme, contestants will be exposed to the actual routine of an actor. They will undergo practice sessions and serial drama recordings through various weekly assignments under the guidance and monitoring of experienced directors such as Along Kamaruddin and Amy Maziah. Apart from that, contestants will also be exposed to musical drama acting classess led by talented director, Erma Fatima who will assign the contestant’s second weekly assignment.

The ‘Pilih Kasih’ programme which will be aired live via RTM2 channel and Hypp.TV Audition location and dates which promises a carnival-like atmosphere with TM’s support, are as follows:

KE Next Top Entertainer , KDCA - 17 April 2009 - Successful

“Baravvvvvvvooooooooo” that is the first word I can say about final concert KE Next Top Entertainer. Congratulations to the Kadus Entertainment (KE) successful organize the show, it really boast and I believe if you attend the show last Friday, it promise this is one of your memorable time. The heat and crowd from the audience really push the excitement and everybody enjoy the show. I don’t have any words to describe how exciting the show last night. Jason and I was arrive at KDCA around 7.30 , wah.. Really hard to find parking… parking lot was full.

KE Next Top Entertainer started their show around 8 pm and. I was really impress watch home crowd from the audiences. Every contestant have their own fan.. good support. Only ten contestant selected by the professional judgers, COSMAC CHIN,DIANA STEVEN TUNING,MONICA ONGKOSING . All contestants give their best performance and I believe judgers had done their job very well to select KE Next Top Entertainer finalist.

Da’ PrinZ was heat the show with their modern dance, the opening act for KE Next Top Entertainer show. Others sabahan local artist made an exciting performance last Friday night are Ivye Alexandra, Danny F Malinggi, LP Raphael Pinus, Richado and Group, Terry Peter, Usal Jon Gavis, Ateng, Benn Simon Bukag, Alvin (Infinatez) and Jiaja . DJ Otohe also made the show very exciting by interviewing Jiaja. Now for those who really love kura-kura song, you already know the history of this song.

Carry Oliver won the first prize and first runner up is Feraddy Okuling while Alfred Valentinus is second runner up. Judgers had dine their part very well to choose the winners and as a proof, Carry Oliver also won the “most popular contestant” which voted by audiences.

Prizes for KE Next Top Entertainer is really valuable and I believe other singing computations not afford to provide this prizes, all winners will get free return flight ticket Kota Kinabalu to Sydney. Not only ticket, but winners, first runner up and second runner up bring home RM1,500.00, RM1,000.00 and RM500.00 in cash. KE Next Top Entertainer is successful and everyone really satisfy with it. Good job KE committee members and next time i believe you guys can do batter than this. Only minor changers MUST be done especially during the award ceremony. It look not nice, because audience can see the person who handle the prizes not really prepaid and the situation a bit crowded. Over all KE Next Top Entertainer show can be labeled as successful and hope KE will organize all KE Next Top Entertainer session 2 next year. Do not satisfy if everyone give good accolade but KE need to find a space to be improve and put KE Next Top Entertainer in a high level and bringing our talent and music another step forward whit high quality. Kaamatan 2009, Obligation Songs List For District and State Level

Kaamatan Festival is an annual event in the cultural life of the Kadazandusuns of Sabah since time immemorial. This year kaamatan wil be more exciting with “sugandoi competition” (Singing competition). Yes we do have “sugandoi compotation every year but this year it become more exciting when contestant have 83 obligation songs to choice. Obligation songs will be used in district and state level, however in state level contestant can select any song they like which not in the list.

My advice for those who want to join sugandoi competition , select song suit with your voice tone and practice well. Don’t play².. judgers are professional.. you need to impress them with good vocal control and your stage presentation. :P good luck..

ABPBH 2008 Result: Bintang Paling Popular - Nabil (Ahmad Nabil Ahmad)

Congratulation Nabil !!! New comer in our entertainment industry , just a year and now he won “Bintang Paling Popular” in ABPBH 2008. Ahmad Nabil Ahmad or his stage name Nabil had started his carrier from Raja Lawak last year. His ability to make people laugh maybe one of the key points being selected as Bintang Paling Popular with 127,524 vote. Others listed in this category are Mawi - 55,080 vote, Datuk Siti Nurhaliza - 29,676 vote, Aznil Nawawi-18,864 vote and Meet Uncle Hussain -11,784 vote.

OIM sessions 3 concert, Top 5: Esther - Lagenda

One in a million sessions three already come to top five and this competition become hostile. Every contestant giving their best in every performance, only two more week to be in the final. It really hard to predict who will in the final concert because every contestants has their surplus talent.

I really like to see Esther, Tomok and Aweera but judgers wanna see Esther, Tomok and Amylea. If I’m not, mistaken only two contestants will be in the final concert. If I was given a chance to pick who will be in the final, I’ll choose Esther and Tomok. Talk just useless if you didn’t vote your favorite contestant. Keep voting because there is no more immunity.

I didn’t get what Esther feeling during singing the songs... didn't feel any emotion..I agree with Paul.."you are in danger". I really hope Esther will give excellent performance next week and show Malaysian she deserve to be one of the finale.

Jo-Anna Sue Henley Rampas : Bintang RTM Finales

Sabahan girl Jo-Anna Sue Henley Rampas one of most highlighted contestant in Bintang RTM 2009. She have a great gift from GOD, not only singing / music talent, full package but beautiful with an extra X-Factor. I had made search in google using “Jo-Anna Sue Henley Rampas bintang rtm” as my key words, there are many website and blog review Jo-Anna Sue Henley Rampas.

If you only watching OIM and AF7, lets try tune to RTM – TV2 every Sunday , 9.00 PM until 10.30 PM. Bintang RTM starts on 5 April, Final Concert schedule on 21 June 2009. Ohbulan website question why Jo-Anna Sue Henley Rampas did not choose AF or OIM. I guess the answer is simple, no matter what reality show she joined, if she really talented she can survive in this entertainment and gougers field. One of the best things in Bintang RTM winner will select by judgers based on their singing (vocal presentation and performance). Sms voting only goes to “Most Popular Contestant”.

Akademi Fantasia 7, week 4 - Zizi and Rubisa was eliminated.

It was a shocking moment when AF7 host, AC Mizzal announced Zizi and Rubisa were eliminated. This is the second week, two students eliminated from AF7. We can see the AF7's teachers also shocked when the result announced. This week concert quite challenging when female student need to sing Amy Search songs while male students from Dato’ Siti Norhaliza songs. Below are the list of song for Akademi Fantasia 7 , week 4.

I had take a look on channel @15 and most of the comments didn’t agree Zizi was eliminated from the show. We need to accept the result, because Astro only done their job to eliminate the students with lowest vote from the audience. I don’t think there will any AFMASUK for this session. AF7 more focus on the “transformation” for each students not “kejutan”, perhaps I’m wrong. :P

What I can say is, if you are fans for Zizi and Rubisa, you need to support them even they were eliminated from Akademi Fantasia 7 show. Both of them are RTM Kota Kinabalu artists. They already have their platform and the only thing is support from their fans.
