Durian Festival 24 – 25 October : Sabahan.fm

Sabahan.FM crew had spend their time visiting Durian Festival at Ranau on 24 and 25 October during 23rd Mount Kinabalu International Climbathon. Durian fruit is known as the 'King of Fruits' and grows abundantly in Ranau, particularly during this time of the year. The Durian Festival will give visitors a chance to taste and purchase various types of durian as well as other exotic local fruits.

Most interesting during this Durian Festival is “eat all you can- you just need to pay RM 5 ”. During this two day of Durian Festival there are few activity involve public to take part such as drawing and coloring competition, eating Durian competition, Bintang Durian and Cultures Show.
